BOURBON VANILLA FLAVOURED: Whey proteins 90% {whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate [whey protein isolate, emulsifier: lecithins (soy)]}, L-Glutamine 2.9%, flavourings, thickener (cellulose gum), creamer [partly hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), glucose syrup, sucrose, milk protein, stabiliser (potassium phosphates), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)], L-Arginine, L-Leucine 0.2%, salt, L-Isoleucine 0.1%, L-Valine 0.1%, sweetener (sucralose), colour (tartrazine)***.
Recommended Use:
Mix 1 serving (28 g, 1 measuring spoon = 2 tablespoons) of powder with 250 ml water or skimmed milk. Take 2 servings daily. Take the first serving within 45 minutes after workout and the other serving between meals. Use a shaker!
