OstroVit Vitamin B Complex is a food supplement which is the source of B vitamins enriched with vitamin C and E.
B vitamins are primarily responsible for the proper functioning of the nervous system - soothe nervous tension, improves mood and intellectual performance. However, the B vitamins have a positive impact not only on mental health.
Vitamin B1, Thiamin helps the cardiovascular system, helps to fight seasickness and shingles, and also affects the proper growth and development of bone.
Vitamin B2, Riboflavin is essential for the proper functioning of the human immune system, improves the condition of skin, hair and nails, strengthens eyesight, supports the treatment of anemia and diseases of the mouth, lips and tongue.
