Description
GEAR EAA Shock - 390g
GEAR EAA Shock is a complex dietary supplement that contains essential amino acids, as well as other valuable amino acids and electrolytes. It is a preparation without added sugar, available in several flavors, in a convenient powder form. It is a product created for physically active people, as well as those who want to supplement their daily diet with valuable compounds.
Effect of EAA amino acids on muscle protein synthesis
EAA amino acids are a great choice for all physically active people who want to take their supplementation around training to a higher level. Their consumption has a positive effect on the synthesis of muscle proteins and the inhibition of catabolic processes (breakdown of muscle proteins). Thanks to this, we are able to influence the pace and quality of pure muscle mass gains.
The EAA amino acid complex contains BCAA amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine) known for their pro-anabolic and anti-catabolic properties. It is worth noting that regular supplementation with EAA amino acids is also conducive to better production of growth hormone, which translates into improved body and strength results. Mainly due to the aforementioned lysine.
L-Leucine is one of the essential amino acids involved in protein synthesis. It is especially important for physically active people because it helps in building and regenerating muscles. It supports the maintenance of the body's nitrogen balance by increasing the absorption of nitrogen from food as well as regulating blood glucose levels by stimulating insulin secretion.
L-Isoleucine is involved in the energy production process, primarily in muscle tissue. It helps regulate blood glucose levels by stimulating insulin secretion and is essential to produce antibodies that help fight infection.
L-Valine is an important energy-providing amino acid, especially in exercise situations. It helps in the regeneration and reconstruction of muscles and is also a precursor of neurotransmitters that are necessary for the proper functioning of the brain.
L-lysine is essential to produce antibodies and lymphocytes that help fight infections. It is also an important component of collagen, which is the basic structure of bones and helps maintain nitrogen balance in the blood by increasing the absorption of nitrogen from food. Lysine is essential for carbohydrate and fat metabolism, as well as for energy production.
L-threonine is used by the body to synthesize proteins as well as to produce other compounds such as glycolipids that are important for the structure and function of cell membranes. L-threonine is also an important source of energy for the body and is used in the production of glucose by the liver.
L-phenylalanine is a precursor to the synthesis of noradrenaline and dopamine, which are neurotransmitters in the brain and affect mood, motivation, concentration, and other brain functions. That is why l-phenylalanine is often used in dietary supplements as a nootropic, i.e. a substance that improves cognitive functions.
L-methionine is an important component in the body's detoxication process. It helps in removing harmful substances from the body, such as heavy metals and other toxins. It is also a precursor to glutathione, which is a powerful antioxidant and an important protective factor for the body. It affects the level of neurotransmitters in the brain, such as serotonin, which can improve mood and reduce the symptoms of depression. In addition, it is a building block of collagen, which is essential for the health of skin, hair and nails.
L-histidine is a precursor of histamine, a chemical compound that plays an important role in allergic reactions and in the regulation of physiological processes, such as the secretion of gastric juices. It helps in the production of proteins that are necessary for the proper functioning of the immune system and is a building component of melatonin - a hormone that regulates sleep and wakefulness. L-histidine is also involved in many metabolic processes, such as amino acid metabolism, glucose oxidation or blood pH regulation.
L-tryptophan is a precursor to important biochemical compounds such as serotonin, melatonin and niacin (vitamin B3). As a precursor to serotonin, it is involved in regulating mood, appetite and sleep. In addition, L-tryptophan is also important for nervous system health, as it is involved in the synthesis of niacin, which is essential for brain and nervous system health. It may also help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety disorders, and insomnia.
