Ingredients:
Dextrose, fructose, maltodextrin, sucrose, acidulant (citric acid), sodium citrate, flavoring, magnesium citrate, calcium citrate, salt, potassium chloride, thickener (xanthan gum), coloring agent (curcumin), coloring food (spirulina extract).
Recommended Use:
Add 45 g of powder (approx. 3 heaped tablespoons) and 400 ml of cold water to the mixing bowl and shake for 20 seconds. Drink 1 serving 30 minutes before training and 1 - 2 servings per hour during training or as needed.
