Recommended Use:
Pump is a stimulant free pre-workout formula. Mix 1 serving 16g (1 scoop) with 200-250ml of cold water and consume 15-20 minutes before exercise.
Please note! Whilst we have made our best efforts to create the 'powder consistency is fine and easy to mix, with no CLUMPS in these PUMPS. - 'Clumping' is common and unfortunately usual with this style product, a result of the high dosages of infamously hygroscopic (moisture absorbing) ingredients within; moisture tabs have been added by the manufacturer to mitigate this but these are often not 100% effective. :( The good news is that, whilst unsightly, these clumps do not impact the safety or efficacy of the product in any way... they can just a bit of a nuisance when measuring and mixing. :( In nearly all circumstances the clumps, lumps and bumps will break down just fine in water - especially when shaken, whisked or blended - leaving the product as powerful and enjoyable as ever!
