Recommended Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 5 Tablets daily, or as directed by a licensed nutritionist or physician. For optimum results take 2-3 Tablets 45 to 60 minutes before training and 2-3 Tablets 15 to 30 minutes after training. You may take additional serving before sleep.
